How We Work

We don’t offer packaged services or lock family offices into long-term contracts. Some families need help getting organized. Others retain us for ongoing support. Either way, the engagement is practical, tailored, and focused on results.

Gather

We compile all financial information across entities, trusts, investments, and accounts. We assess structure, cash flow, reporting gaps, and operational issues to identify what is working and what is not, giving us the complete picture and setting the direction for implementation.

Align

We organize what exists and address what is missing, including redesigning structure, designing or tightening cash flow systems, and tying up loose ends such as funding trusts and realigning ownership. We align operations with goals so reporting is useful, liquidity is available when needed, and decisions are made with confidence.

Execute

We put the plan into motion. We implement structural changes, establish reporting and cash flow processes, close open items, and coordinate with advisors to ensure timely information and follow through. The result is a family office that operates with clarity and control.

Ongoing Support

Many family offices retain us to maintain financial and performance reporting, support financial decision making, oversee debt compliance, manage projects, and coordinate activities with advisors, including aggregating Schedule K-1s from LP interests. Services adapt as needs evolve.

Fees

Pricing is based on the level of complexity and scope of work, whether supporting onboarding, implementation, or ongoing coordination.  We don’t offer predefined packages. Instead, fees are structured to reflect the nature and depth of the engagement, with distinctions between limited-scope projects and ongoing support.
